Coming Back To The Foundations of The Listening Room HQ

Image
There are times when it is useful to return to the foundations. In this case the foundations of The Listening Room HQ . The Listening Room HQ is, at its core, a practice of attention. I work at the intersection of science, intuition, and lived experience. My background is in neuroscience, neurobiology and genetics, alongside years of listening closely to men. Particularly those who carry quietly, feel deeply but say little, and are often the ones others rely on. My background is not in therapy. A map shows the landscape; a reading gives language to the currents moving through you. Both offer perspective when you feel too close to your own story to see clearly. Why this matters We live in a world that prizes speed, noise, and constant doing. Yet the soul moves differently, in tides, in seasons, in quiet shifts of weather. To pause, to be witnessed without judgment, is not a luxury. It is a remembering that your life, too, is part of a greater...
