It’s especially for men others lean on — the quiet creatives, the steady ones, the ones who keep going even when it’s fraying inside. You don’t need a crisis to come here. I work with a small number of men at a time — men who want to move toward embodiment, at a bespoke pace. Here, we work with presence and clarity, rooted in neuroscience and intuition.
