Who I Am


I'm Raquel Pinheiro. I work at the intersection of science, intuition, and lived experience.

I’m certified in neuroscience, neurobiology, and genetics through leading university programs — and I’ve spent years listening closely to men others don’t usually hear. The ones who carry quietly, who feel deeply but say little, who are often the strong ones in their circles — until they can’t be.

My background isn’t in therapy. It’s in attention — to the body, to language, to what’s underneath. The space I offer isn’t about fixing or analyzing. It’s about clarity, containment, and the kind of work that brings you back to yourself.

My work is shaped by an artistic lens, an INTJ’s clarity, a quiet authority who sees what’s often missed.

Creative Practice in Men’s Work - Inspiration from The Red Hand Files

There is a subtle power in the spaces The Listening Room HQ holds, and in the silent presences here acknowledged. Creativity, music, and connection are not found in noise or spectacle, but in quiet openings where attention, care, and soul meet. A reminder that listening, witnessing, and storytelling can be both tender and transformative.
