All sessions are Private 1-on-1 on a space for men in transition, and otherwise. Not therapy. Not fixing. Clear, steady presence with someone who listens deeply and speaks plainly.

No diagnosis. No judgment. No pressure.

Common themes: burnout, emotional numbness, porn use, intimacy, fatherhood, grief, creative blocks, or a quiet sense that something isn’t working.
